AT Calendar of Events

Please note: If you need closed-captioning or any other accommodation to participate in an AT Network online training or event, requests must be made no later than one business week prior to the training or event by contacting 1-800-390-2699 or 1-800-900-0706 TTY.

Participants wishing to connect to audio using VoIP will need a fast Internet connection, a microphone headset (a USB headset is recommend) and speakers.

First Time Users:

To save time before the webinar, it is recommended that you check your system to make sure it is ready to use AT Network's Elluminate Webinar Platform. There will be three (3) steps:

  1. Shows the supported operating system as well as the version of Java. A green check indicates that you have the system requirements. You should be able to use the webinar platform successfully.
  2. Provides you a Configuration Room so that you can test your connection, settings, as well as configure your audio.
  3. General information including an online orientation, quick reference guide, and a recorded introduction.

If you use a Screen Reader, download the Java Accessibility Bridge. This bridge is for ONLY Windows users. The accessibility bridge is already pre-installed with Java for Mac OSX users.

8th Annual Assistive Technology Institute (ATI) Conference
Location: Orange County Department of Education

The focus of the Assistive Technology Institute (ATI) is to provide therapists, educators, parents, and persons with disabilities the opportunity to learn about and interact with assistive technology, its manufacturers, its users, and others with similar needs. Our goal is to help enhance opportunities for learners from preschool to adult in order that they may compete and contribute in the twenty-first century.

The ATI participants will gain valuable knowledge and hands-on experience, which will aid in bringing new assistive technologies and curricular ideas to their schools, homes, educational offices, and businesses.
